atHome magazine feature article - project BLOM 22
BLOM 22 - one of our most recent finished projects in the North Main neighborhood in Greenville, SC, was featured in the local at Home Magazine’s fall issue.
The owners of BLOM found the lot by accident, fell in love with the backyard, and decided to design and build a home for their family on that site. The house was designed to fit the lifestyle of a family with little kids, while also being a showcase home for BLOM, since basically everything in this home was designed and built by them.
BLOM 22 was the first project to introduce their new cabinet line and showcase their in-house woodshop’s work: kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, staircases, partition walls, bed frames and headboards, built-in shelves, cabinets and nooks. Building this house became sort of a fun experiment, where anything we would design but couldn’t find elsewhere, we either built or imported here ourselves.
