DESIGN CONCEPT:

The design site is located in the established North Main neighborhood with a variety of different architectural styles, and our client wanted a modern home that blends in this old neighborhood. To achieve this concept we are combining timeless materials like brick and wood with clean lines and simple volumes. 

The site is quite large for an urban lot, which gives us space to spread out. The house is set back far enough from the street to allow privacy for the garden areas tucked inside the front facade of the home, and the larger outdoor living areas around a pool opens up towards the back of the house.
