DESIGN CONCEPT:

The design site for this concept is located on a steep, narrow lot in the North Main area. We decided to keep the main living spaces on the road level, and bring the additional rooms to the basement level that has access to the backyard.

The client wanted a modern look with the combination of flat roofs and gable roofs, while keeping the construction budget low. We kept the volumes and materials in this concept very simple and added some details around the windows and front entry.
